Results
On this page we report on findings achieved in the course of the project.
Since the start of the project we carried out intense investigations on existing volunteer management systems to gain a comprehensive in-depth comparison as a foundation for our work. Furthermore, we developed a conceptual reference model for volunteer management systems comprising of (i) components of vonlunteer management systems (ii) the process of a volunteer management system, and (iii) the evolution of the components and the process.
